We’re Hiring: Team Member at The Noble Dog Lodge

Do you adore dogs? We're looking for reliable, energetic, and caring individuals to join us at  The Noble Dog Lodge  in Columbus, NC—a boutique, luxury pet care facility serving the scenic foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Position: Team Member

• Required Availability: AM, PM, and weekends
• Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Location:  Columbus, NC

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and care for dogs during daycare, lodging, and playgroup periods
• Handle feeding, cleaning, enrichment, and basic health checks
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards
• Communicate with pet owners and teammates with friendliness and clarity
• Provide affection, structure, and positive interaction to every dog guest
• Assist with daily operations and support trainers or management as needed

Who You Are:

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a true team player
• Available for early mornings, afternoons/evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Excited to work indoors/outdoors, get a bit messy, and give lots of love
• Experience is a plus, but we value attitude and commitment—and we train!
